I know it won’t give you a lot of comfort, but many, many, many people go through this; but, it really sounds like you’re getting double whammied here. The fact that you’re seeking out solace is a good thing: continue to reach out to people, that’s okay. A few have mentioned therapy, and that’s a great idea, too. Just remember grief takes different forms and takes time. Feel better.
