The whole squadron minus me is doing a 4:30 happy hour today. Real cool, assholes. Oh look it’s the best weather day of the year so let’s go get drinks on an awesome deck somewhere and further develop our friendships over adult beverages even though our dear friend Dillon can’t make it. Beers on beers, sunlight, warmish temperatures. No Dillon. Sounds stupid as hell.
Tomorrow, though, well tomorrow is another day. Dave, Dan, our buddy Nick, and I have a 9:20 tee time. Weather should be equally sexy and I hear a low 80s round knocking on the door. I need to straighten my driver out consistently then I’ll basically be unbeatable.
Then we’re hitting the town tomorrow night. Bar hopping. The usual.

Tax season is in full swing so tomorrow I’m in the office for at least a half day, but tonight is date number 3 with a lovely lady I met on bumble. I might be ordering something light, like soup. Followed by a Sunday mid-afternoon tee time with the pops.

Day drinking after a couple weeks of working non-stop turning into a night of trying to forget about a pretty blonde who’s not quite ready to settle down. The Riverwalk’s so beautiful tonight and I can’t stop thinking about her, gonna shift into hitting on tourist mode then head to Austin tomorrow for some baseball.
Taking advantage of the long weekend and going to see Less than Jake on Sunday. Big time throwback and I couldn’t be more excited
