Little tip for that. It’s often caused by having the sleeves on your shirt buttoned all the way down and the friction of your elbows rubbing against your desk as your work on the mouse and keyboard. If you don’t want to roll your sleeves up, try unbuttoning the wrist buttons for more wiggle room.
